Who Benefits from Counseling?
Individuals who are feeling sad, anxious, stressesd or fearful over a period of time lasting more than 2 weeks. Some of the symptoms may be trouble sleeping, changes in appetite, trouble focusing or concentrating, and persistent thoughts of death or self harm. People having issues with relationships, marriage, family or employment also benefit from counseling.
How does Counseling work?
Counseling is usually done in person with the therapist during weekly sessions that are 50 minutes long. You may be given homework to help you put new thinking and behavior into practice. In my work I use mainly cognitive-behavioral therapy, which means I will help you see how some of your thought and behaviors may be causing your issues, and help you make positive changes.

You, the client, are the expert in yoiur life, and only you know what is best for you. As your coach, I help you tune into your internal wisdom to discover and reach your highest potential.

How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching is usually done in weekly meetings either in person or by telephone, Sessions are usually an hour, although they may range from fifteen to ninety minutes depending on the needs of the client and the work being done. At the beginning, I will ask you to fill in some forms, so that I can understand your needs and goals . Everything discussed and written is strictly confidential . If you live locally, and wish to meet in person, I can meet you at your place or my office, or at a neutral location.
